You may browse event information and register as a delegate, speaker, poster presenter, sponsor, or to purchase event-related products. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Registration requires completing the online registration form with accurate information. Customers are charged at the time of online registration during checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor(s). All fees are shown in the currency displayed on the registration page. You bear responsibility for any applicable taxes or duties.
Substitution is allowed if you inform us in writing at least 10 business days before the event. Full refund minus $100 service fee for cancellations more than 60 days before the event; 50% refund between 60–30 days; no refund within 30 days. Certain items such as e-poster fees and discounted registrations may be non-refundable. If we cancel an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or alternative options. We reserve the right to change event dates, venues, formats, speakers, or other event features. We will notify registered participants of major changes and provide available options.
You must provide accurate registration information and update it if it changes. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel registrations that are fraudulent, inaccurate, or that violate these Terms.
All content on the Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws and is the property of MedGlobal Connect or our licensors. You may view and print materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedGlobal Connect, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
